The heart center is the place where our emotions and our bodies meet. it is the place where we feel the sensation of a broken heart and the place where we feel the highest joys. It is the source of intuition, of compassion, and empathy. It lives midway between our highest self and our lowest self, and so it never judges either, but rather tries to accept all that it sees in each. More than anything else, it is the center of love. If God is love, then the heart center is heaven itself. The heart center is the place of unconditional love. When its open, love, still sincere, is felt without attachment. The opening of the heart center of allows acceptance of things exactly the way they are, so that each moment seems like a blessing.
